We felt very comfortable with Chad upon our initial meeting, and he had our home on the market immediately after signing a contract with him. That was Thursday; on Sunday night Chad was negotiating with a prospective buyer, and by Monday night, we had a signed contract on our home. We were able to close on the house just over a month later. Chad and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, and driven to get the job done!
